The Sigma 100-400 f/5-6.3 DG DN OS Contemporary (June 2020) is also made for Sony E and Fujifilm X. It reaches 100 mm further and weighs 1,135 g, has 4 stops of OS, a zoom lock switch and a focus limiter, and on L-mount accepts Sigma's teleconverters.

The Sigma focuses to 1.12 m, the Lumix to 0.54 m.
