The FE 100-400 GM is Sony's G Master telephoto zoom (2017), the FE 200-600 G (June 2019) the super-tele option from the G line below it. Both have Optical SteadyShot, work with the SEL14TC and SEL20TC teleconverters, have a removable tripod foot and dust and moisture resistant design. The 200-600 zooms internally, has a focus range limiter and reaches 200 mm further.
It is also much larger: 2,115 g and 318 mm against 1,395 g and 205 mm, with a 95 mm instead of 77 mm filter thread. Minimum focus is 2.4 m instead of 0.98 m, and it only starts at 200 mm.
