The Viltrox AF 75mm f/1.2 Pro opens to f/1.2, equals about 112 mm in full frame terms and weighs 675 g, more than double. It takes 77 mm filters instead of 55 mm. Neither has stabilization.
So you choose between handiness and the wider aperture with a longer focal length.
