Leica APO-Summicron-SL 75mm F2 ASPH vs Leica APO-Summicron-SL 90mm F2 ASPH
L-Mount
The two APO-Summicron-SL lenses are Leica's fast portrait lenses for the L-mount system. They were introduced together and are nearly identical in build: the same length (102 mm), the same filter thread (E67), both with apochromatic correction, autofocus and sealing against dust and splash water. The 90 even weighs 20 g less than the 75, at 700 g.
So the real difference is the focal length. The 75 mm is the wider focal length and focuses down to 0.5 m, while the 90 mm gives you more distance to the subject and focuses to 0.6 m.
