Tilt, shift and compatibility

Tilt and shift limit each other: the more tilt is applied, the less shift is available, and the reverse. The maximum of ±10° and ±12 mm is reached only at close focusing distances between 0.4 m and 0.25 m. On the medium-format GFX and XCD mounts the lens keeps ±12 mm of shift on both axes with no dark corners; at maximum shift the corners show mild vignetting. The L-Mount version is not compatible with the Panasonic S52, S52X, S1M2, S1M2E and S1R2[1]. Find more options under all Sony E lenses, all Nikon Z lenses and all Canon RF lenses.
